Hearty Ways to Start the Day
French Toast Crepes

Start with frying a Yellow Corn Tortilla for Enchiladas and layer mashed pinto beans, sliced avocado, sunny-side-up egg and sprinkle with pico de gallo for a savory Mexican favorite.
Simply wrap scrambled eggs, two strips of bacon and your favorite cheese in a 10″ Pressed Flour Tortilla and serve with sour cream and salsa.
