Fruity Tortilla Crepes

Warm our 10″ Pressed Flour Tortilla, spread with cream cheese or mascarpone cheese, top with fresh berries, fold in half and dust with powdered sugar.

Cinnamon-Sugar Chips with Fruit Salsa

Cut our 8″ Pressed Flour Tortilla into wedges, spray with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake at 350º F for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with fresh peach or mango salsa for a sweet twist on traditionally savory chips and salsa.

Peanut Butter, Jelly and Banana Rollups

Spread an 8″ Pressed Flour Tortilla with peanut or other nut butter, jam or jelly, and top with a peeled banana. Roll up, slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with toothpicks.

Mini Cinnamon Dessert Cups

Take our 6″ Pressed Flour Tortilla, spray with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake them in a muffin tin at 350º F for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Fill with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzle with warm caramel sauce.
